PINE Interiors is a full-service interior design firm. We specialize in full-scale renovations, remodels, and new construction projects. Whether you are renovating your whole home, working with an architect to build a new home, or remodeling your Powder Bathroom, we would love to learn more about your project. COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN

Whether it's a restaurant, bar, office space, or hotel, we would love to help you bring your brand vision to life. We will work with you to develop interior layouts that maximize the efficiency and function of your space, and craft a unique experience that speaks to your brand identity. We will develop the design concept, select finishes, and strategize a lighting plan to create a mood and/or boost productivity. Additionally, we will specify or customize furniture to your needs, and create elevations and sketches that capture the proportions, look, and feel of the space. PINE works closely with architects, contractors, and trades people to ensure the best end result, and will manage your project from initial concept all the way through the final reveal.

The Process

Consult
Let’s start by getting to know you; we want to hear your story.

We will discuss your personal aesthetic, design inspiration, and lifestyle. We talk about your budget, timeline, goals and confirm mutual fit. We want to build a partnership.

Proposal + Contract
We draft a proposal outlining our estimated hours, fee structure, and expected time-frame. We then meet with you to review in detail. Once the proposal is agreed upon, we transmit a contract for signature and get to work!

Design
Design Development
We gather information through initial site visits, architectural plans, measurements, and photographs. We then spend several weeks working through custom design concepts - setting milestone meetings to review progress and tweak designs to fit the vision and goals.

Construction Document
We finalize all design drawings, documents, and specifications. This includes insight into specified items’ costs and timelines.

Construction Administration
We work closely with contractors, trades people, and vendors to manage the progress of your project. Throughout this phase, we are available to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated, the schedule is on track, and no detail is overlooked.

FF&E (Optional)
Design
We will work with you to create a budget and dial in on a furniture plan that works with existing and new items. We will design, source, document, and procure furniture, art, and accessories.

Installation & Styling
Over the course of one to several days, we will install and style the project, where we will culminate a final reveal!
